How I got started:
I am someone who has had high levels of anxiety, sometimes so extreme I had panic attacks. In August of 2022, I went to Bali and was referred to do an intense breathwork session. Afterward, not only did I feel lighter, and more relaxed, but I also felt empowered.
I loved it so much that I went to a second session. And in October I took the training to help other people heal through breathwork.
I am so excited to see how Breathwork will benefit and help you heal!
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a form of breathing exercises that calms the nervous system improving mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
How it works:
Breathwork allows you to bring up and release suppressed emotions that the body holds onto. Allowing you to release tension in the body. Reprogram a belief system that is no longer serving you.
Step into your own personal power and creativity.
Breathwork also increases energy, boosts immunity, and lowers blood pressure.
It can improve mood, self-esteem, digestion, focus, and sleep.
It helps manage pain, depression, and heal from trauma.
Breathwork calms your anxiety and stress by regulating your Vagus Nerve. Taking you from a sympathetic nervous system (body reacting in fight, flight, or freeze), to a parasympathetic nervous system. That creates more rest and relaxation in the body.
